When we establish a daily practice of yoga and/or meditation we regularly return our minds and bodies to balance. The proven health benefits are numerous:

  • reduction in chronic/recurrent pain syndromes including migraine headaches, irritable bowel syndrome, fibromyalgia, neck and back pain
