When we establish a daily practice of yoga and/or meditation we regularly return our minds and bodies to balance. The proven health benefits are numerous:

Come join us at The Yoga Barn as we review the medical literature in support of creating your own healing sanctuary and explore different forms of practice. Please feel free to join us for one or both sessions, for one week, or every session throughout the season.
